Jennifer Chezum

Jennifer Chezum is an experienced Client Services Manager at Employee Benefit Systems since October 2007, overseeing a team of seven employees in insurance enrollment, invoicing, and customer service. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent nearly eight years at Whitey's Bar & Billiards, where progression from cocktail waitress to bar manager showcased strong leadership skills. Earlier experience includes serving as a substitute teacher for the Burlington Community School District from January 2001 to June 2006. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Western Illinois University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Southeastern Community College.
