Catherine Rainey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client relationship management, writing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager at Employee Fiduciary since January 2021, Catherine emphasizes technical training and exceptional customer service in the low-cost 401(k) sector for small businesses. Catherine also contributes as a writer for Lagniappe Weekly and works as a freelance writer, with previous roles including Traffic Manager and billing assistant at Dot Com Plus LLC and columnist for the Montgomery Advertiser, where investigative journalism and interviews were key responsibilities.
