Eric Droblyen has extensive work experience in the field of employee benefits and retirement plans. Eric started their career at Charles Schwab as an ERISA Compliance Consultant, where they worked for six years. Eric then moved to MetLife, where they worked as a Senior Qualified Plan Consultant for two years before joining Ceridian as an ERISA Compliance Advisor. After that, they worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Employee Benefits Group. Following Deloitte, Eric worked at Aerojet as a Senior Qualified Plan Consultant and at ASPire Financial Services as an ERISA Consultant. Eric then became the President and Owner of Aegis Retirement Plan Services and later became the President and CEO of Employee Fiduciary, where they currently work. Eric holds certifications as a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA).
Eric Droblyen, CPC, QPA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Akron, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
