Audrey Dawson

Audrey Dawson is the Director of IT Security at Employee Navigator. In this position, she functions as the dedicated person for protecting and monitoring the security posture of Employee Navigator. She works in concert with the CEO and CTO to ensure all necessary security and compliance controls are in place and operating effectively.

Prior to joining Employee Navigator, Audrey received a Bachelors of Science degree from Auburn University at Montgomery, and spent the earlier part of her career working at several government agencies assisting in implementing various security programs. She later made a switch from government to public sector and spent several years working as the Senior Manager of IT Compliance for a large BI software company in which she designed, implemented, and managed the company’s compliance and security program (including SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, Safe Harbor, and PCI DSS programs). She currently resides in Clifton, VA with her husband and three children.
