Joey Schrader

Joey Schrader began their professional career in 2011 as a Member Engagement Advisor at Life Time Fitness. In this role, they were responsible for member acquisition and retention and worked to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. In the same year, they also began working as a Football Coach/ Teacher at Snow College. In 2012, they moved to EmployeeReferrals.com as Manager, Sales Development. In this role, they were responsible for helping companies organize, optimize and socialize their employee referral programs.

Joey Schrader attended Snow College from 2007 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. Joey then attended Utah State University from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Marketing and Exercise Science.
