Amy Hollis

Amy Hollis is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the benefits consulting sector. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Employees First since January 2022, Amy is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to supporting women executive leaders, as of January 2023. Previously, Amy led Hollis Consulting, Inc. and held senior roles at Willis Towers Watson and Buck Consultants, focusing on voluntary benefits. Early in the career, Amy served as Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Sales Director at RealLife HR, and National Sales Director at First Health. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University.
