Eric Hollis is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and solutions engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Employees First since November 2021, Eric leads innovative employer benefit solutions aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing. Prior to this, Eric held various positions including Enterprise Infrastructure Architect at Virtustream and Principal Solutions Architect at Dell EMC and VCE, where Eric focused on designing and implementing complex IT architectures and solutions. With a strong background in consulting, engineering, and pre-sales support, Eric has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing diverse projects and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Eric holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
