Nicole Ingallinella

Nicole Ingallinella (Lorenzo), MPH, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Employees First and as a Co-Founder of Sol Sanctuary Hawaii, a non-profit eco-retreat and agricultural startup. With extensive experience in market research, Nicole has worked as a Market Research Consultant for both Piko Provisions and as a self-employed consultant, delivering survey strategy and qualitative insights. Prior roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at ECG Management Consultants, and various positions within Health & Benefits Consulting at Willis Towers Watson. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
