Fiona Mullally

Fiona Mullally currently serves as the Head of Client Services at Employer Solutions at Irish Life, a position held since July 2021, following a successful 20-year tenure at Willis Towers Watson where Fiona held the title of Director and earlier served as a Consultant. In the current role, Fiona focuses on managing Company Pension Schemes for both Employer and Trustee Boards, overseeing pension scheme administration, investment, and consulting services, while ensuring compliance with governance plans. Fiona also plays a key role in delivering employee benefits, collaborating with HR on member engagement initiatives, and managing significant projects such as scheme setups and investment strategy reviews. Fiona holds a Master's degree in Economics from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the National College of Ireland, Maynooth.
