Sheila's earlier career includes roles at Hajoca Corporation as a Systems professional, where product and vendor attributes were maintained, and positions at Roberts Hamilton from 1990 to 2006 that involved system administration and desktop publishing. Sheila began the career at Roberts Hamilton Company in data operations. Educational qualifications include a Master Certificate in Microsoft Office 2007 from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
