Jim Werbeckes

Jim Werbeckes has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Jim began their career at Farmers Insurance in 1985, where they worked as a Government & Regulatory Affairs Representative for almost two decades. In 2004, they joined EMPLOYERS as the Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's legislative and regulatory agenda, as well as managing campaign fund distribution and compliance with state reporting requirements. Jim recently retired from EMPLOYERS Insurance INC. in 2023.

Jim Werbeckes attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1979 to 1981, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Jim then went on to the University of Nevada, Reno from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
