Lenore Nelson has extensive work experience in various executive positions, including CFO, Controller, Development, and Treasurer. Lenore has held interim executive positions for public, private, and non-profit organizations. Their experience includes roles at Fluid Media Networks, Inc, Superior Galleries, Inc, Catholic Healthcare West, Kinko's, Franchise Mortgage, Rigel Int'l, Herbalife, TPEG, and TKLC.

In their project work, Lenore has focused on accounting, GAAP or IFRS analysis, forensics, reconciliation, cash management, consolidations, system conversions, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, M&A, purchase accounting, operational audits, remediation, tax subsidies, turnarounds, company sales, public offering prospectuses, and private investors.

Lenore has achieved significant accomplishments for their clients, such as revenue growth from $20 to $90 million in 18 months, offshore manufacturing cost savings of 20-30%, reduction of distribution costs by 20%, closed strategic alliances worth $19 million, off-balance-sheet financing of $54 million, a revolving facility of $40 million, a forex line of credit of $60 million, and raised $39 million from public offerings. Lenore has also cleared over 100 Big 4 audit items for clients and stopped $12 million annual theft.

Prior to their consulting work, Lenore also held positions at Comerica Bank as SVP and at The Private Bank of California as VP.

Lenore Nelson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communication from Boston University from 1968 to 1971. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Management at California State University, Northridge, from 1976 to 1984.
