Martha Collins

Martha Collins has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Martha started their career in 1995 as a Small Commercial Product Development Consultant at United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company. Martha then worked at MetLife Auto as a Personal Lines Operations Unit Manager, where they managed a staff of 17 individuals and implemented a Regional Call Unit. Martha later joined Montgomery Insurance as a Territory Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining agents in Maryland and Delaware.

In 2003, Martha joined CNA as a Field Sales Specialist, overseeing 48 agents and exceeding new business goals. Martha then became a Regional Sales Manager at CNA, managing Small Business in the Mid Atlantic Zone and driving significant new business premiums. Martha continued their career at CNA as a Business Development Leader, where they managed agency and broker relationships and established a Washington DC Branch.

Martha also worked at Zurich/Farmers Insurance as a Senior Sales Executive and The Hanover Insurance Group as a Sales Manager. Martha'smost recent role was at EMPLOYERS, where they served as the Vice President Sales - East Region.

Martha Collins attended The Art Institutes from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associates degree in Business Communications. From 2000 to 2002, they then went on to study Business Communications at Montgomery Community College, although no specific degree was mentioned.
