Andres Bueker

Andres Bueker has extensive experience in account management and customer growth strategy, with a currently held position as an Executive Member at Pavilion since January 2025. From April 2024 to August 2025, Andres served as Vice President of Customer Growth Strategy, as well as Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Account Management - Enterprise at Employ, Inc. Prior to this, Andres was the Senior Director of Account Management at Jobvite from January 2020 to April 2024, and held the position of Director of Account Management at Talemetry from November 2018 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales at hc1.com from April 2015 to November 2018. Andres holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Manchester University, where participation included Track and Field as a four-year letter winner and two-time team captain, membership in Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society, and involvement in the Mock Trial Club.
