Ben Luo

Ben Luo has extensive work experience in the field of IT and DevOps. Ben is currently employed as a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer at Lever since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Civis Analytics as a DevOps Engineer from January 2021 to July 2021, and as an IT Manager from August 2018 to January 2021. Before Civis Analytics, Ben worked at Apcera as a Sr. IT System Administrator from March 2016 to August 2018. Ben also has experience as an IT Administrator at Counsl from November 2014 to March 2016, and as a Desktop Engineer at Riverbed Technology from July 2014 to November 2014. Additionally, they worked as an IT Client Services Analyst at Walmart eCommerce from May 2013 to June 2014. Ben's earliest work experience was at UC Santa Cruz, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist I/II/Lead from June 2010 to March 2013.

Ben Luo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. This educational experience took place from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Ben obtained several certifications including Casper Certified Administrator and Casper Certified Technician from JAMF Software in 2015, as well as Mac Management Basic 10.9 certification from Pearson VUE in 2014.
