Caroline Close

Caroline Close has a range of work experience across various industries and roles. Caroline started their career as a Sales and Business Development Intern at Emtec Inc. in 2014. In the same year, they also held leadership positions in Alpha Phi International Fraternity as Vice President of Programming and Education and Director of New Member Sisterhood.

In 2015, Caroline worked as a Sales Associate and Stylist at American Eagle Outfitters before transitioning to the role of Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center. Caroline later joined Belle & Bunty as a Communications and Design Intern in 2016.

Caroline expanded their managerial skills at European Wax Center as a Multi-Location Manager in 2018 and then moved on to Dee & Co. Showroom as a Sales Account Executive. Caroline joined Hireology in 2018 and held the positions of Customer Care Specialist, Associate Product Manager, and finally Product Manager.

In 2022, Caroline joined Elixir as a Senior Manager, Product Readiness before transitioning to their current role as a Product Manager at Lever.

Caroline Close has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Caroline also attended Wayzata High School for their secondary education. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in January 2022.
