Veronick Fournier has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.
Veronick currently works at Lever as a Senior Customer Success Manager, a position they have held since April 2021.
Prior to that, Veronick worked at Top Hat from 2017 to 2021. Veronick held various roles during their time there, including Manager, Partner Services from March 2020 to March 2021, Senior Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to March 2020, and Customer Success Manager from September 2018 to September 2019. In these roles, they oversaw a pipeline of top clients, managed renewals, negotiated contracts, and worked closely with customers and the Product team.
Before joining Top Hat, Veronick worked at WE as a Manager, Corporate Engagement from January 2016 to March 2017.
Veronick also gained experience at myAgro, where they worked as a Program Associate from January 2015 to August 2015. In this role, they led field teams and played a key role in scaling the organization's impact in Senegal.
Veronick's earlier experience includes working as an Admissions Counselor at Wagner College from September 2013 to December 2014. In this role, they recruited students, evaluated recruiting techniques, and conducted presentations to promote the college.
Veronick Fournier pursued their education starting with obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Spanish from Wagner College from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from the same institution, completing it from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Speaker Labs Talk Master Certification in October 2019 from Speaker Labs.
