Connie Harris

Connie Harris has been working in business development for over 20 years. Connie started their career as the executive director of The Eye Institute of Indiana, where they worked for 10 years. Connie then became the executive director of The Speedway Chamber of Commerce, where they worked for 12 years. In their current position as business development manager at EmployIndy, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization.

They work with Robin Kildall - Director, Development, Tracy Hartman - Business Development Manager, and Wendy Parker - Business Development Manager, WIO. Their manager is Chelsea Meldrum, Chief Development & External Affairs Officer.
