Joy Phillips is a skilled professional with extensive experience in workforce development and account management. Currently serving as a Business Account Executive at Employment & Employer Services since July 2022, Joy has previously held the role of Business Solutions Consultant at Equus Workforce Solutions from March 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included conducting client training sessions and collaborating with various programs to ensure client and employer needs were met.
