Lety Romero

Lety Romero has extensive experience in economic empowerment and employment services, currently serving as an Economic Empowerment Coach at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago since March 2019. Lety has also worked as a Business Services Representative at Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) since October 2013, where responsibilities include job development, screening, matching, referral, placement, and follow-up activities for employer accounts. Prior to this, Lety held positions as an Employer Account Representative and Employment Specialist at CEDA from 2007 to October 2013, contributing to maximizing occupational choices for job-seeking customers and enhancing employer candidate potentials for job openings.
