The Programs and Coordination team at Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various employment and support programs aimed at enhancing workforce development and community engagement. This team collaborates with internal staff and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery and to coordinate resources that assist individuals and families in achieving self-sufficiency. They also focus on program evaluation and continuous improvement to align services with the evolving needs of the community.
