Monica Farr, CSP, TSC, has over 13 years of experience in client services and human resource management. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at Employment Enterprises, Inc. since August 2010, Monica oversees a six-person team and ensures exceptional service for over 2,000 clients across 46 states. Previous roles include AFSO, where Monica managed security clearances and debriefings, and Account Manager for larger Managed Service Provider accounts, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Earlier experience at AppleOne Employment Services as a Human Resource Coordinator involved administrative support and payroll processing.
