Amanda Brock

Amanda Brock has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Amanda started their career in 2012 as a Recruiter at EG Workforce Solutions, where they worked on professional placement and staffing onsite at Denso Manufacturing. Amanda later joined Pro Services, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to KALLM LLC as a Manager until 2020. Amanda then returned to EG Workforce Solutions, first as a Recruiter for their Recruitment Process Outsourcing division from 2018 to 2020, then as a Talent Acquisition Program Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Talent Acquisition Program Director at EG Workforce Solutions.

Amanda Brock holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Amanda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Eastern Kentucky University, which is expected to be completed in 2025. Additionally, Amanda has obtained various certifications in areas such as coaching, human resources, talent acquisition, and management from LinkedIn.
