Dave Tong

Dave Tong is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, product development, and technical leadership. As Co-founder and CPTO at Employment Hero since February 2013, Dave has significantly contributed to the company's growth. Previous roles include Sales Engineer at InterSystems, where responsibilities encompassed prototyping, customer engagement, and product training, as well as founding MyMeetingHub, a video conferencing platform acquired in 2011. Dave has also held positions at digiaid, EuroRSCG Worldwide, Global Direction Services, Medical Systems Design, and QuadraMed, focusing on software development, project management, and business analysis.
