Hieu Pham

Hieu Pham is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in web infrastructure and core technologies, currently serving at Employment Hero since June 2023. Previously, Hieu held the engineering manager position at Axon for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as a principal software engineer at Employment Hero from November 2016 to February 2023, contributing to the development of a design system. Earlier professional roles include co-founding Atoha, where Hieu advised on software architecture and built an e-learning platform, as well as working as a remote full stack developer at HipVan and a software engineer at Misfit Wearables. Hieu began the career with internships at Gameloft and FPT Software, focusing on mobile game development and mobile app development, respectively. Hieu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from VNUHCM - University of Science.
