Laura Benny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation, client management, and business development across various organizations. Currently serving as an Implementation & Onboarding Consultant at Employment Hero, Laura has successfully led HR system implementations and enhanced onboarding processes. Previous roles include Founder and Clinical Hypnotherapist at The Overhaul Centre, where a pro bono program was established for women in shelters, and multiple Account Director positions at Pace Enterprise and Employment Hero, achieving significant client acquisition and sales performance.
