Loren Crawford

Loren Crawford is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as the Head of Data Analytics and Insights at Employment Hero since August 2022. In this role, Loren leads globally distributed teams of analysts to drive strategic projects, improve operational excellence, and support data-driven decision-making across various functions. Prior to this position, Loren established and led the Global Commercial Insights function at Employment Hero, focusing on commercial performance and strategic analytics. The career at SEEK spanned nearly nine years, with roles progressing from Credit Controller to Business Intelligence Manager, where Loren oversaw critical data initiatives and reporting functions. Loren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Monash University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Maranatha Christian School.
