Paul Smith

Paul Smith currently serves as the Global Head of Customer & Product Marketing at Employment Hero, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held significant positions at Amazon, including Head of Customer Experience, where responsibility involved launching and scaling new verticals in Australia, and Head of Customer Engagement and Retention, focusing on converting new customers and enhancing shopper experiences.
