Tasha Simpson possesses extensive experience in people operations and employee engagement, currently serving as the People Operations & Experience Manager at Employment Hero since March 2025. Prior roles include a similar position at Humi from September 2021 to September 2025, where Tasha designed employee experience frameworks, led initiatives supporting mental health and well-being, and developed onboarding processes.
