Rhiannon Turai is an HR Partner at Employment Innovations. Rhiannon has over 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Central Adelaide. Rhiannon dealt with a wide range of contemporary HR issues including but not limited to: coordinating and undertaking research and investigations into complex human resource operational tasks, including grievances, appeals and reclassification assessments and providing reports and recommendation to management; researching complex employee relations issues and preparing reports and responses to senior management, including Ministerial correspondence; providing expert advice with respect to organisational design and review and participating in the development and implementation of appropriate change management programs; developing strategic interventions for team effectiveness and dynamics to find and/or facilitate appropriate outcomes; identifying, developing, delivering and evaluating projects to address operational needs such as restructuring, implementation of new policy and/or procedures and recruitment initiatives; and managing the identification of key performance indicators and best practice benchmarks that will promote the development of improvements in efficiency in HR performance.

Rhiannon Turai holds a Bachelor's degree in Management (Human Resources) from Uni SA, City West. Rhiannon completed Year 12 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College (OLSH).
