Ernest Sembatya Kaggwa

Ernest is a Partner at MMAKS Advocates since 2009. He is part of the litigation team and his main areas of expertise are in Commercial Litigation and fraud, loan recoveries and employment law. He has handled related litigation matters for several banks and corporate entities. He also advises on land transactions and product liability issues.

Ernest is a practicing Advocate of the High Court and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
