Mohamed Oulkhouir created CWA Morocco after having worked for several years in the Eversheds’ Paris office. Mohamed is a qualified lawyer specialized in litigation and HR work. Mohamed advises a significant number of Moroccan and international industrial and commercial groups on collective and individual labour relations, collective dismissals, audits and out-sourcing.
Mohamed also assists with corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience in due diligence, contractual negotiation, acquisitions and restructurings, and commercial contracts. He delivers practical solutions, understanding the needs of businesses, providing clear answers in this increasingly complex area of law. In particular, he has advised international clients in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia on expansion projects. Trilingual French-English-Arabic, he is a founding member of the Juris-Cité association which strives to facilitate access to legal services in underprivileged areas.
Mohamed has written the legal chapters of the book “Morocco: an emerging economy of the Mediterranean” which covers all Moroccan business legal aspects. Mohamed also draft regular articles on employment law in the first Moroccan newspaper Le Matin.
