Peter Walts joined the ELA as a business development consultant in 2014 and now serves as COO of the organization. He is a highly energetic and successful business leader with over 25 years' experience helping organizations grow in challenging, competitive, and volatile markets.

Pete is responsible for leading the operational activities of the ELA and works closely with board and committee leaders to develop growth for the organization.
