Renato Canizares

Mr. Canizares is a Senior Partner in the Labor Consulting and immigration area. He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Law School and is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter, under number 212.865. He completed the extension course in “Labor and Social Security Law” at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (2006), with his paper for the conclusion of the course on “Foreign Workers in Brazil and Brazilian Workers Abroad.” Mr. Canizares currently concentrates his practice in employment advice on individual and collective labor aspects, as well as on immigration-related subjects, primarily on issues concerning the legal aspects related to foreign work in Brazil and the admission of Brazilian employees to work outside Brazil.
