Jessica Brauer

Jessica Brauer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in employment support and mental health services. Currently serving as the CCS Employment Lead at Employment Resources, Inc. since June 2020, Jessica focuses on competitive employment and individualized support for clients. Previous roles include IPS Supervisor and Employment Specialist, where Jessica utilized the evidence-based Individual Placement & Support model. Prior positions at JOURNEY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER involved program expansion and development of standards for supported employment and education. Jessica has also provided life skills training for adults with developmental disabilities, served as a motivational speaker, and gained administrative experience with the National Electrical Contractors Association. Jessica holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy from Edgewood College.
