In addition, Francis has been the CEO of Employment Solutions of New York, Inc. since January 2003, overseeing a team of five administrative assistants to enhance human resources and customer relations support while resolving customer issues effectively. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources/Recruiter, where Francis updated corporate policies and procedures to align with employment laws and developed comprehensive personnel manuals for the organization. Francis studied at Corning Community College from 2012 to 2014.
