Amna Shafeeq is an experienced professional in the field of employment relations, currently serving as Lead Employment Relations Advisor at Employsure since June 2022. Previous roles at Employsure include Services Training Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor, and Employee Relations Coordinator, where Amna developed strategies to enhance business operations and addressed human resource needs while creating essential documentation for clients. Prior to this, Amna held the position of Store Manager at Zoo Clothing, focusing on customer service improvement and team collaboration from 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, an Employment Consultant role at APM from May 2021 to February 2022 involved planning and delivering sessions for a multicultural program.
