Anthony Wanne Rous has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Anthony Wanne began their career as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they worked at Coca-Cola Amatil from 1997 to 2011 in a Finance role. From 2012 to the present, Rous served as the CFO of Kennards Self Storage, where they were responsible for various finance-related areas, including treasury, statutory, audit, process improvements, budgeting, and pricing. Additionally, they oversaw board requirements, recruitment, team member development, and ongoing culture improvements. During their tenure, Rous successfully implemented various process improvements, such as transitioning to a single General Ledger, migrating fixed assets to an ERP system, and implementing online systems for accounts payable, rostering, payroll, credit card, and onboarding. In 2022, Rous joined Employsure as the Chief Financial Officer.
Anthony Wanne Rous studied at the University of Cape Town, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, General. Anthony Wanne also obtained a degree in Charterered Accountancy, focusing on Accounting and Finance.
