Felix Yeung has extensive work experience in the field of Health and Safety. Felix currently serves as the Head of Health and Safety ANZ at Employsure. Prior to this, Felix held various roles at Healius Limited, including Group WHS & Rehabilitation Manager and National WHS Auditor. Felix successfully implemented initiatives that improved WHS performance in Pathology and Imaging divisions. Felix also worked as the NSW/ACT Group OHS & Rehabilitation Manager. Before joining Healius, Felix worked at Broadlex Services Pty Ltd as a Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Advisor. Felix developed and maintained the QEHS management system and conducted audits and investigations to ensure compliance. Earlier in their career, Felix worked at Cambridge Integrated Services as a Senior Case Manager, managing a portfolio in the private education sector. Felix also worked at CGU Insurance as a Case Manager, focusing on claims administration and injury management.

Felix Yeung completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Newcastle in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Science from UNSW. Felix also received certifications as a Certified Lead Auditor in OHS ISO45001 from Exemplar Global and as a Chartered Professional Member in Health and Safety from the Safety Institute of Australia Limited. Additionally, Felix holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW. In terms of wine education, they completed the Italian Wine Scholar Units 1 and 2 from the Sydney Wine Academy in 2016 and 2017 respectively, and the French Wine Scholar program in 2015. Felix also has the WSET Advanced Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits from the Sydney Wine Academy, which they obtained in 2014. Felix received the Certified ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Lead Auditor certification from Exemplar Global, Inc. in May 2021.
