James Berne has extensive work experience in the technology field. James currently holds the position of Associate Director of Technology at Employsure, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Technology at Employsure from December 2021 to April 2023.
Before joining Employsure, James worked at Ricoh Australia for over 20 years, where they held various leadership positions. James served as the General Manager - Information Technology (CIO) from August 2010 to March 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Information Services Manager from April 2003 to July 2010 and the Analysis Services Manager from July 2000 to March 2003.
James Berne's education history includes a Master's Degree in Master of Business & Technology from UNSW. Prior to that, they attended James Ruse Agricultural High School for their high school education. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
