Shannon Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and employment relations. Currently serving as the Business Owner at Von Hound and Friends since January 2022 and as the Employment Relations Team Leader at Employsure since April 2020, Shannon has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Regional Supervisor at Queensland Corrective Services and various positions at EMF Performance Centre and Casuarina Rec Club, where responsibilities spanned personal assistance, HR management, and bookkeeping. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Laws in Family Law and a degree in Social Science from Southern Cross University, along with a Diploma of Business from Salesmasters and multiple certificates in childcare and fitness.
