Headquartered in Santiago de Chile, Empodera® positions itself as one of the most important consulting firms in the country.
We commit ourselves to provide and deliver what we do best: productive and effective tailored consulting, experiential formation, executive training, and headhunting.
We promote the development of skills that are often hidden or omitted within a vast majority of professionals, using a unique methodology, which has been forged by years of successful experiences with Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley. This methodology has been adapted and proven with several success cases in Latin America. Therefore, competition is not a relevant variable in our business… However, talent and commitment ARE our main differentiators.
Our organization maximizes productivity and competitiveness of both corporations and people, by implementing our top of the line programs and workshops; focusing in areas like Personal Branding, Marketing, Management, and Strategic Communications.

VISION:

Establish our predominance in the market as an innovative boutique firm, with a unique method and business model. Surprise our clients with original, effective and measurable proposals to bring out and expand their unlimited potential.
MISSION:

Deliver what we do best, the right way: with excellence and commitment. Treating our clients the way THEY want to be treated: with prompt and effective communication, along with the kindness and empathy that distinguishes each one of our associates. We want to be champions of human capital training and development.

DISTINCTION:
People means the world to us. We encourage and support them during each step of their personal development. Our culture is not falsely planned or designed by a committee… It comes naturally from living our values. We promote a closer, assertive and empathic working environment that builds trust. This is crucial to create and sustain a positive and sustainable relationship with our clients.
