Previous roles include Vice President of Correspondent, Client Relations & Onboarding at Sprout Mortgage, where Bastian supported Correspondent Sellers in loan manufacturing, and Onboarding Project Manager at Docutech, providing insights into technology and regulatory needs. Earlier achievements include restructuring fulfillment centers at Homebridge Financial Services and leading regulatory projects at Bank of America.
