Dan Goodwin

Dan Goodwin is an experienced professional in the mortgage and finance sectors, currently serving as President at Emporium since October 2021, focusing on wholesale origination for mortgage brokers and lenders. Prior to Emporium, Dan was the Owner of Cleveland Park Advisors LLC, providing strategic advice and capital-raising services in the mortgage market from January 2019 to October 2021. Dan also held prominent roles such as Director of Mortgage Policy at The Structured Finance Industry Group, Inc., where significant advancements in the MBS market were achieved from September 2015 to April 2019. Additional experience includes senior positions at Hilltop Holdings Inc., SWS Group, Banc of America Securities, Nomura Securities, and Financial Security Assurance. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College.
