Candace Young, MBA has over seven years of professional experience in customer success, sales, and ticket services. In 2020, they began their current role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Emporos. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Manager at JustFOIA from 2018-2020. From 2016-2018, they held two concurrent roles. Candace was an Account Manager at Aspire Group at Georgia Tech Athletics, where they were responsible for selling season tickets, mini-game plans, and group tickets. Candace was also a Sales Development Manager at Sky Blue FC, where they sold season ticket packaging and sponsorships and managed a 300 member Kids' Club program. In 2014, they held two roles at the same time. Candace was a Coordinator, Ticket Services at Portland Timbers/Portland Thorns, where they acted as an in-season liaison to season ticket holders and assisted in managing annual relocation and upgrade processes. Candace was also a Sales Trainee at Major League Soccer National Sales Center, where they marketed and promoted sales of premium inventory, season memberships, mini plans, and group tickets.
Candace Young has a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in Cinema and is currently a candidate for a Master of Business Administration from Florida A&M University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
