Cindy Tyson's work experience includes a variety of roles and responsibilities. From 2007 until present, they have worked at Emporos Systems Corporation. Initially, they served as a Receptionist before transitioning to an Administrative Assistant role, where they coordinated tasks for new customer product installations. Later, they became a Sales Representative, supporting the Sales Manager by qualifying prospective customers, entering sales orders, and coordinating with other teams for successful implementation. In addition, Cindy assisted with lead generation, trade show bookings, and preparations. Prior to Emporos Systems Corporation, Cindy owned and operated their own cleaning business called Cindy's Clean Crew. From 1988 to 2007, they contracted with various clients, including apartment complexes, new home construction sites, businesses, and individuals, providing quality cleaning services.

Cindy Tyson has pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1974, they attended Kings College, where they completed an associate degree in secretarial/keypunch by 1975. In 2012, they furthered their education by enrolling at South Piedmont Community College and completing a continuing education program focused on Microsoft Office.
