Carla Larson

Carla Larson is an experienced professional with a strong background in advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the VDC Coordinator and Advocacy Specialist at Empower: Abilities since November 2012, Carla also holds the title of Advocacy Specialist and Veteran Direct Care Specialist. Concurrently, Carla has worked as a CDS Specialist at the Southwest Center for Independent Living since the same year. Previously, Carla gained valuable administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Drury University from August 2008 to November 2012 and has a history of customer service as a Bookseller at Borders from 2001 to 2011. Carla holds a degree from Drury University.
