Frank Capalbo

Frank Capalbo has a long and successful career in business development, particularly within the federal healthcare sector. Frank has held roles at various companies such as IBM, Serco, and QSSI, focusing on sales and business development activities for agencies like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Frank has extensive experience in IT services, AI/ML, RPA solutions, and cloud computing, among others. Most recently, they served as the Director of Business Development at Empower AI, supporting federal agencies with AI technology to enhance efficiencies and achieve mission-focused objectives.

Frank Capalbo received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University in 1981. Frank then went on to complete their MBA in Management from the same university in 1978.
