Ted Jennings

Ted Jennings, PMP, ITIL 4 has a strong background in program management and leadership roles. Ted has held positions such as Senior Director of Operations at Empower AI, where they oversaw federal civilian and DoD IT programs, and Senior Program Manager at NCI Information Systems, Inc, where they managed technical surveillance countermeasure missions. In addition, Ted has experience as a Program Manager at Metova, Inc., a Product Manager at U.S. Army, PM Theater Support Vessel, and as a Military Assistant to the Defense Acquisition Executive at the Department of Defense. Throughout their career, Ted has successfully managed large budgets, led teams in complex projects, and demonstrated expertise in acquisitions and operations.

Ted Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Metallurgical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Ted also obtained a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from The United States Army War College. In terms of certifications, Ted has achieved the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2015 and the ITIL® 4 Foundations certification from PeopleCert in 2019. Ted also holds other certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, DAWIA Level III PM, and Eagle Scout.
