Empower Behavioral Health
Emily Treadway has a strong background in the field of behavioral health. Emily began their career at BIG - Behavioral Intervention Group in 2012, working as a Line Therapist until 2013. From there, they joined Empower Behavioral Health in 2013 and held multiple roles within the organization. Emily started as a Registered Behavior Technician and then advanced to Clinical Director/BCBA. In 2018, they took on the role of Clinical Compliance Manager and later became the Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Currently, Emily holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Empower Behavioral Health.
Emily Treadway completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Louisiana State University from 2010 to 2013.
